Shanise Foster

Shanise Foster, MBA, currently serves as an FMS Engineer in Plant Automation at CHEP, focusing on system development and configuration in AVEVA System Platform, InTouch, and MS SQL Server, collaborating closely with Process Engineering on integration projects. Previous experience includes roles as an Application Engineer at Inframark, where project requirements were managed, and as a Process Control Engineer at both NEW-INDY CONTAINERBOARD LLC and Georgia-Pacific LLC, where automation strategies were developed to enhance process efficiency and product quality. Shanise began the career as an Electrical/I&C Design Intern at Tennessee Valley Authority and demonstrated leadership as the Region 3 Fall Regional Conference Chairperson and Chapter President for the National Society of Black Engineers. Educational qualifications include an MBA from North Greenville University and a Bachelor’s of Science in Electrical Engineering from The University of Alabama in Huntsville.
