Sulley Pellot is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) compliance and management. Currently serving as Manager of HSE Compliance for the Americas at CHEP since April 2016, Pellot leads internal auditing initiatives and advocates for HOP transformation while developing policies to support HSE strategies. Previous roles at CHEP include managing HSE compliance across North America and the USA. Prior to CHEP, Pellot held the position of EHS Manager at Eaton, providing leadership across multiple sites, and served as Sr. H&S at Progress Energy (now Duke Energy), focusing on nuclear project safety. Additional experience includes positions as an R&D Engineer at Boston Scientific and an EHS Consultant at Johnson & Johnson. Pellot holds a Master of Engineering in Manufacturing Engineering from Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez.
