Troy Bossard is a Data Scientist at CHEP since January 2024, specializing in fine-tuning and deploying generative AI models in secure cloud environments, developing automated customer segmentation systems, engineering ETL workflows, and creating dynamic Power BI dashboards. Previously, Troy served as a Software Engineer at Crowley from May to December 2023, leading the development of product features that utilized AI tools and building full-stack applications. Additionally, Troy was a member of the Board of Directors for the Blockchain Acceleration Foundation from April 2022 to August 2023, contributing to organizational direction and enhancing access to blockchain education and professional opportunities. Troy holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of North Florida and an Associate's degree from Florida State College at Jacksonville.
