Uma Shiva Prasad

Uma Shiva Prasad is an experienced project manager and engineer specializing in product innovation and process engineering. Currently employed at CHEP since March 2020 as a Project Manager for the Product Innovation Program, Uma is responsible for developing target operating models and collaborating on scalable, customer-centric processes. Prior roles at CHEP include Manager of Process Engineering and Senior Project Engineer, where responsibilities encompassed leading teams, managing capital equipment projects, and ensuring adherence to safety standards. Uma's background includes experience at HIROTEC AMERICA, Inc. as a Project Engineer, and academic positions as a Graduate Teaching and Research Assistant at the University of Pennsylvania, following a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University.
