Nicholas Norris began their career in 2016 as the Lead Front Desk Coordinator at Blue Star Barbershop, where they increased daily client visit amount by over 30% by implementing strategic scheduling and time management skills. In 2019, they joined Franklin University as a Student Desktop Technician. In 2020, they joined Chepri, LLC as an Application Support Engineer, where they were the first point of contact for client development issues and worked on client development sprints and bug fixes. Nicholas was later promoted to Application Support Manager, leading the support team and training new members while also setting company KPI records by exceeding KPI goals every month. Nicholas also worked on several custom bespoke projects as well as the SaaS platform integrating dozens of partner APIs.
Nicholas Norris is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Data Analytics at Franklin University, which they began in 2021. Prior to this, they completed a Bachelor of Science in Web Development from Franklin University between 2018 and 2020. Nicholas also obtained an Associate of Science from Columbus State Community College between 2013 and 2018. In addition, they have obtained an Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Foundations 2021 Certified Associate from Oracle in December 2021, and was also on the Dean's List for Spring 2020 at Franklin University.
