Md Shah Jalal

Md Shah Jalal has a strong background in software development and project management. Md Shah is currently working at CHEQ Inc. as a Senior Technical Project Manager since September 2022. Previously, they worked at Synesis IT Ltd. as the Head of Software Development and Implementation from January 2020 to August 2022, where they were responsible for planning and implementing strategic objectives for software development. Before that, they held the role of System Analyst and Scrum Master at Synesis IT Ltd., completing various projects for governmental agencies and leading in-house product development projects from July 2018 to December 2019. Md Shah Jalal also worked as an Analyst Programmer and Scrum Master at the same company from July 2017 to June 2018, successfully completing an innovative project and enhancing in-house project performance. Prior to their time at Synesis IT Ltd., they worked as a System Analyst at Inevitable IT from August 2016 to June 2017, where they studied and analyzed market targets and implemented strategic objectives for product development. Md Shah Jalal started their career at Samsung Electronics as a Senior Software Engineer from June 2013 to July 2016. Their role involved Tizen Native Code Level Testing and developing report automation tools. Md Shah also worked at Evoknow Software Inc. as a Software Engineer from May 2011 to May 2013, where they focused on PHP web development and led a team of four members. Md Shah Jalal began their career as a Software Engineer at Sadiq Soft Limited from June 2010 to May 2011, where they worked on requirement analysis, database design, and integration of CMS platforms. Overall, they have a diverse range of experiences in software development, project management, and analysis.

Md Shah Jalal completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from American International University-Bangladesh, from 2006 to 2010. Md Shah then pursued a Master of Science in Computer Science from the same university, graduating in 2014. In 2018, they obtained an Advanced Certificate for Management Professionals (ACMP 4.0) from the Institute of Business Administration, University of Dhaka. Additionally, they have obtained multiple certifications from the Scrum Alliance, including Certified Agile Leadership I, Certified Agile Leadership Essentials (CAL-E), Certified Agile Leadership for Orgs (CAL-O), Certified Agile Leadership for Teams (CAL-T), Certified Scrum Professional-Developer, Certified Scrum Developer, Certified Scrum Professional (CSP-SM), Certified ScrumMaster, and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO). The certifications were achieved between the years 2017 and 2019.
