Kat Garcia

Kat Garcia has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and industries. Kat is the Founder and co-CEO of Stealth since 2023, where they are currently building something new. Prior to that, they served as the Founder and co-CEO of Cheres from 2021 to 2023, focusing on re-imagining the next generation's relationship with money. Kat was also a Senior Growth Architect at BCG Digital Ventures from 2019 to 2021, and a Growth Architect at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) during the same period. Additionally, they have held interim leadership roles such as Co-Founder and Head of Growth at OXXO in 2020, Founding Team and Head of Growth at American Express in 2020, and Co-Founder and Head of Growth at Nota, created by M&T Bank, in 2019. Prior to these experiences, they worked as a Contributing Writer at Forbes from 2016 to 2019 and as a Management Consultant at Accenture from 2017 to 2019.
