Molly Delp

Molly Delp has a diverse work experience. Molly recently held the position of Chief of Staff and Head of Ecommerce in multiple companies such as cheribundi, nib mor dark chocolate, and Emil Capital Operating Group starting from April 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Sipp® as the Chief of Staff and VP of Strategy from April 2020 to August 2021. Molly also served as an Investment Manager in Mars Wrigley Confectionery from January 2018 to April 2020. Molly worked as a Finance Strategy Manager at Siggi's Dairy from January 2017 to January 2018, and as a Strategy Manager at Mars Global Chocolate from August 2015 to January 2017. Additionally, they held the role of Global Chocolate Strategy Analyst at Mars Global Chocolate from September 2013 to August 2015. Molly's work experience also includes a position as a Research Assistant at the Institute for Defense Analyses from June 2012 to August 2013.
