Tarul Kode, PharmD, currently serves as a Venture Partner at Persephoni BIO and LOUD Collective, co-founder of Naviday Health, and member of the HLWF® Alliance. With a focus on personalized healthcare, Tarul develops AI-driven solutions to enhance patient care and outcomes. Additionally, Tarul holds advisory and leadership roles with Springboard Enterprises, Women In Bio, and How Women Lead, promoting women's leadership in life sciences and healthcare. Through mentoring positions at CSweetener and involvement with the Women Business Leaders of the U.S. Health Care Industry Foundation, Tarul advocates for gender equity and intersectionality in healthcare leadership. An angel investor with Cherish, Tarul supports innovative technology aimed at improving health and safety monitoring. Academic achievements include a Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of the Pacific and participation in the Global Health Care Leaders Program at Harvard Medical School.
