Joshua Larson, MBA, PMP® has extensive experience in project management, particularly in the oil, gas, and chemical industries. Joshua has held leadership positions in various companies, including Cherne Contracting Corporation, Kiewit, GHD, Ventech International Services Phils., and Ventech Engineers International LLC. Notable accomplishments include successfully bringing a $70 million greenfield EPC compressor station project to market ahead of schedule and providing key insights in restarting a $220 million FERC LNG project. Larson has also demonstrated their ability to manage large portfolios and direct multiple projects simultaneously. Joshua has a strong background in engineering, procurement, and construction phases, and has effectively implemented risk and change management techniques to increase revenue and improve cost performance. Additionally, Larson has experience in emissions reduction projects, biodiesel facilities, and instrument and mechanical engineering.

Joshua Larson earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota, where they attended from 1992 to 1998. In 2013, they enrolled in the MBA program at Mays Business School at Texas A&M University, where they completed their Master of Business Administration degree in 2015. Larson also obtained their Texas A&M MBA Graduate certification in May 2015 and their Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute in September 2012.
