Kathy Lambert

Kathy Lambert has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Kathy has held various roles in different companies throughout their career. Kathy'smost recent position was as the Human Resources Director at Cherokee County. Prior to that, they served as the Benefits and Compensation Manager at the same company. Before joining Cherokee County, Kathy served as the Human Resources Manager at Chart Industries, Inc. where they managed the HR function for a manufacturing facility and two smaller facilities. Kathy also implemented new communication strategies for employees. Prior to that, they worked as the Corporate Human Resources Manager at Brand Energy & Infrastructure Services, Inc. where they administered HR processes company-wide and managed incentive programs. Kathy also worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Chart Industries and as a Benefits Administrator at Wise Foods, Inc. In addition, they served as a Human Resources Coordinator at Tetley where they assisted in managing HR and Safety and negotiated with union representatives. Kathy began their career as an Administrative Assistant at Cybershield, where they provided support and managed the inventory system.

Kathy Lambert holds a Masters degree in Instructional Technology / Adult Education from Troy University. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Faulkner University and an Associates degree in General Studies from Central Alabama Community College. In addition to their formal education, Kathy has obtained several certifications throughout their career. These include the HIPAA Awareness for Employer Group Health Plans certification from HIPAA Training, the Certified Plan Sponsor Professional (CPSP) certification from the Plan Sponsor Council of America, the Social Media Marketing Certificate from Kennesaw State University, the SHRM-CP certification from SHRM, the Human Capital Strategist certification from the Human Capital Institute (HCI), the Professional in Human Resources certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI, and the Human Resources Certificate from Kennesaw State University.
