Prior to that, Ashleigh attended Rogers State University in 2014 and 2015, where they pursued general education studies.
In terms of certifications, they obtained their SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) designation from SHRM in June 2023. Additionally, they completed the Excel with LinkedIn Recruiter Assessment from LinkedIn in November 2021.
