Royce Marsingill

Royce Marsingill has extensive experience in pricing, specifically in director-level roles. Royce is currently working as a Senior Pricing Director at Cherokee Federal since May 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Abt Associates as a Global Pricing Director from March 2018 to June 2023. At Abt Associates, they were responsible for developing, managing, and leading business proposals, with a focus on pricing strategies.

Before their role at Abt Associates, Marsingill worked at Vencore Inc. as the Director of Pricing from December 2015 to March 2018. In this role, they drove top line and bottom line growth through effective business and pricing analysis, contributed to the development of business cases and negotiation strategies, and led the pricing organization during the preparation of complex proposals.

Earlier in their career, Marsingill held the position of Pricing Director, ISG at Leidos (formerly SAIC) from February 2008 to March 2018. Royce also worked as a Lead Pricing Analyst at Honeywell Technology Solutions, Inc from March 2006 to February 2008 and as a Senior Financial Analyst at Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory from April 2000 to March 2006.

Marsingill began their career as a Senior Pricing Analyst at Northrop Grumman Corporation and worked there from February 1995 to March 2000. Throughout their career, they have consistently demonstrated expertise in pricing analysis, strategic planning, and proposal development.

From 1992 to 1996, Royce Marsingill studied at the University of Maryland Global Campus, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General Management.
