Jennifer Martin

Jennifer Martin, MHA, FNP-BC, GS-C has a diverse work experience spanning over different roles and healthcare settings. Jennifer currently works at Cherokee Health Systems as a Clinical Lead for the Age Friendly Health Program, where they provide clinical guidance and support for older adults. Jennifer also collaborates with leadership to develop and implement program initiatives, monitor access and quality of geriatric healthcare, and stay updated with research trends in age friendly healthcare.
