Donald Childers has a diverse work experience, including positions in law enforcement, surveillance, and engineering. Donald worked as a Police Officer for the City of Tulsa from 2006 to 2010, where they served as a patrol officer and was a certified instructor. Before that, they served in the United States Army National Guard from 1999 to 2005, where they held the position of Engineer and was in charge of electrical missions and construction projects. Most recently, Childers worked for Cherokee Nation Entertainment from 2010 onwards as the Vice President of Surveillance and Loss Prevention. In this role, they supervised casino surveillance departments, oversaw internal investigations, and served as a liaison for law enforcement agencies.
Donald Childers completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Criminal Justice and Corrections at Northeastern State University from 1999 to 2005. Following that, they pursued a Master's of Science in Operations Management at the University of Arkansas, which they completed from 2014 to 2017.
