Maal Susan Hefner Csp

Susan Hefner, MAAL, CSP, serves as the Regional Surveillance Operations Manager at Cherokee Nation Entertainment since August 2006, having previously held roles as Corporate Surveillance Training Supervisor and Surveillance Agent. In this position, Susan manages multiple properties with twenty-five direct reports, overseeing new projects, facility openings, capital expenditure allocation, and daily operations. Prior experience includes serving as Office Manager at the Oklahoma Commission on the Status of Women and a Leadership Intern at the National Education for Women's Leadership Institute. Susan holds a Master of Arts in Administration and Leadership from the University of Oklahoma, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology-Criminology from the same institution.
