Tim Burt

Tim Burt is an experienced retail and casino services manager with a strong background in operations and customer service. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Retail Services at Cherokee Nation Entertainment since September 2007, Tim Burt oversees the daily operations of six smoke shops and two fuel locations, which operate 24 hours alongside casino units. Previously, as the Senior Manager of Casino Services at Hard Rock Hotel Casino Tulsa, Tim Burt developed and managed a 24/7 call center for handling reservations and events. Tim Burt also held store manager positions at Westlake Hardware, Gordmans, and Walmart between 1985 and 2006, showcasing a solid foundation in retail management. Tim Burt attended Black Hawk College and College of the Ozarks in 1985.
