Nilo deCastro is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and client success across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Client Success at Cherre since October 2023, Nilo previously held leadership positions at CohnReznick LLP as Director of Government & Public Sector and Director of Innovation Projects, overseeing multiple strategic initiatives. Nilo's career includes significant roles at Prologis as Senior Manager of Enterprise Solutions and as a Sr. Project Manager at General Growth Properties, where major projects included system implementations and operational improvements. Nilo's expertise also extends to RREEF/Deutsche Bank Real Estate, where responsibilities involved global business analysis and client support, as well as at Business Solutions Group, where Nilo managed the development of a comprehensive data warehouse. Nilo holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from the University of Illinois Chicago and certifications in Culinary Arts from Le Cordon Bleu.
