Joe Young

Joe Young, CPA, is an accomplished International Tax Manager currently employed at Cherry Bekaert since February 2024. Prior to this role, Joe served as Manager of International Tax at GXO Logistics, Inc. from August 2022 to February 2024. Joe has extensive experience in accounting and tax management, having held positions such as General Accounting & Tax Manager and Senior Corporate Accountant at Kewaunee Scientific Corp., and Senior Associate in International Tax Services at RSM US LLP. Joe began professional career as a Staff Accountant at Ladd, McCall & Associates, Certified Public Accountants, PA. Joe's foundation in accounting was established with a Master of Accountancy and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, both earned at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Additionally, Joe served as a Gas Turbine Specialist - Mechanical in the US Navy from May 2007 to May 2011.
