Morgan McElroy has a range of work experience, starting with roles as a Cashier at Kohls Department Store from 2003 to 2004 and as a Waitress, Cashier, and Bus Person at Springfield Family Restaurant from 2004 to 2007. They then spent five years from 2014 to 2019 as an Administrative Assistant at Matthews, Carter, and Boyce, P.C., where they performed various office duties such as filing, answering phones, and entering bills into QuickBooks. From 2019 to 2020, they served as an Insurance Coordinator at OAKTON DENTAL CENTER, PLLC. From 2021 to 2023, they worked at Cordia Partners, first as an Administrative Assistant and then as an Office Administrator. Currently, they hold the position of Office Services Lead at Cherry Bekaert starting from 2023.

Morgan McElroy earned an Associate's degree in Business Management from Northern Virginia Community College between 2007 and 2010. Later, in 2015-2016, Morgan obtained a Bookkeeping Certificate in Accounting from the same institution.
