Bailey Beckwith

Bailey Beckwith is an Inside Wireman Apprentice at IBEW Local 48, currently engaged with Cherry City Electric and OEG since October 2022. Bailey has a diverse professional background, including a Pre-Apprentice role at Oregon Tradeswomen, where a 192-hour apprenticeship and employment readiness training program was completed. Previous experience includes positions as a Production Worker at Valmont Industries, an Intensive Care Coordinator with Clackamas County, and a Behavioral Health Specialist with the Oregon Department of Corrections. Additional experience encompasses counseling roles within various organizations, including Volunteers of America Oregon and Oregon Trail Recovery LLC. Bailey holds a Master’s degree in Peace Studies and Conflict Resolution and a Bachelor’s degree in Public Health from Portland State University, along with an Associate of Arts degree from Clackamas Community College.
