Michael Perez is an experienced construction professional with a strong background in estimating and project engineering. Currently serving as an Estimator at Cherry Coatings since December 2019, Michael previously held the position of Senior Project Engineer at Cadence McShane Construction Company, where responsibilities included providing support to project management and mentoring junior engineers. Michael's earlier experience includes serving as the lead Project Engineer and Estimator for significant contracts with the City of San Antonio and Bexar County while at Alpha Building Corporation, as well as an internship in estimating support. Michael's career began in customer service at Target. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Science and Management from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
