Jody Watters

Jody Watters has extensive experience in the mortgage industry. They have held various roles, starting as the Owner and Mortgage Loan Originator at Clarioun Financial Corporation from 1999 to 2011. They then worked as a Mortgage Consultant at NACA, American Financing Corporation, and Supreme Lending from 2012 to 2013. They served as a Senior Loan Processor at Lender Live Network in 2013 and as a Service Consultant at Guaranteed Rate Inc in 2014. From 2014 to 2017, they worked as a Mortgage Loan Originator at FBC Mortgage LLC dba Home Loans Today, and from 2017 to 2018 at Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation. They subsequently joined Cherry Creek Mortgage Co, Inc. NMLS #-3001, dba Blue Spot Home Loans as a Sales Manager from 2018 to 2021. In 2021, they became the Vice President of Sales at Cherry Creek Mortgage, LLC. Throughout their career, they have been licensed in multiple states and have expertise in consumer direct avenues and online mortgage originations.

Jody Watters earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree with a major in Accounting from Central Michigan University between 1979 and 1987.
