Norm Alerta

Norm Alerta has over 20 years of experience in the field of education research and assessment. Norm began their career as a Research Analyst at Denver Public Schools in 2000, where they worked until 2006. Norm then joined Jeffco Public Schools as a Senior Research Analyst, eventually becoming the Director of Assessment and Research. In 2011, Norm moved to Aurora Public Schools as the Director of Accountability and Research. Since 2013, they have been serving as the Director of Assessment & Performance Analytics at Cherry Creek School District.

Norm Alerta holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Colorado Denver. Norm later pursued a Master of Arts in Sociology from the same university.
