Kurt Ebersbach

Kurt Ebersbach is an accomplished legal professional with a focus on environmental law and energy. Currently serving as General Counsel at Cherry Street Energy since January 2022, Ebersbach previously held the position of Energy and Air Quality Attorney at the Southern Environmental Law Center from January 2012 to January 2022. Additionally, Ebersbach contributed to academic growth as an Adjunct Professor at Emory University in September 2016, teaching Natural Resources Law. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Attorney at GreenLaw from May 2010 to January 2012. Ebersbach holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Georgia School of Law (1994-1997) and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English Language and Literature from Cornell University (1989-1993).
