Donald Michaud

Donald Michaud, MBA, LSS-BB, currently serves as the Director of Information Technology at Cherry Health, where significant cost savings of nearly $1 million were achieved in the first two years through contract restructuring and improved vendor management. Prior to this role, Donald worked as a Senior Ops & Technology Consultant at D+W Consulting Services for two decades, along with serving as a Senior IT Architect and Project Manager at Fifth Third Bank. Donald's earlier career includes leadership positions at RCI Vacation Exchange and as Co-Founder and COO of Code Blue Corporation. Academically, Donald holds a Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma from Baker University, an MBA in Computer Science/Management Information Systems from Benedictine University, and a BS in Operations and Systems Management from the University of Illinois Chicago.
