Nadire Elmi

Nadire Elmi is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and human resource management, currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Cherry Health since September 2022. With prior experience at Spectrum Health from April 2014 to September 2022, Nadire held roles including Talent Program Specialist and Recruiter, managing full-cycle recruitment processes and collaborating with hiring managers on workforce needs. Additional responsibilities included training new laboratory call center employees, conducting interviews, monitoring performance, and addressing operational issues. Nadire holds a Bachelor of Science in Biopsychology, Cognition & Neuroscience from the University of Michigan and is pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Human Resource Management at Southern New Hampshire University, expected to graduate in December 2024.
