Wendy Hulsebus

Wendy Hulsebus has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Wendy started their career at Stearns as a Construction Department Manager and Loan Officer, where they handled underwriting and project feasibility. Wendy then joined St Cloud HRA as a Housing Development Manager, overseeing the creation of affordable housing units. Wendy later worked at Synergy Development as a Partner, managing real estate development projects. Wendy also served as the Interim Deputy Executive Director at Washington County HRA, where they administered tax credit applications and programs. In 2006, they established Mission Consulting, providing grant writing and business solutions for non-profits and small businesses. Additionally, Wendy was involved in community service as a Board Member for St Cloud YMCA and St Johns Preparatory School. Currently, they are the Administrator/Owner of Cherrywood Advanced Living, a small assisted living facility providing skilled nursing care.

Wendy Hulsebus began their education at St John's Preparatory School, where they attended from 1986 to 1990. Wendy then pursued a degree in Economics at Carleton College from 1991 to 1993. In 2009, Wendy enrolled in St. Cloud State University and completed their Masters in Business Administration in 2011.

In terms of additional certifications, Wendy obtained a Real Estate Broker certification from the MN Department of Commerce in June 2010. Wendy also received a Housing Finance Professional certification from the National Development Council, although the specific month and year of this certification are not provided.
