Joe Serpico

Joe Serpico has a diverse background in sales and management roles. Joe is currently the Director of Retail Sales at Chervon North America, a position they have held since 2019. Prior to that, they worked at Fiskars Group as a National Sales Manager from November 2018 to January 2019, and as a Retail Sales Director from December 2014 to January 2019. Before Fiskars Group, Joe was employed at Robert Bosch Tool Corporation, where they held various positions including National Retail Sales Manager from July 2014 to December 2014, Category Manager from November 2010 to July 2014, and Product Manager from July 2004 to November 2010. Joe also worked at First Alert / BRK as a Product / Category Manager from 2001 to 2004, and at IRI as a Market Research Analyst from 1995 to 2001.

Joe Serpico completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing at the University of Illinois Chicago from 1991 to 1994. Joe then pursued further education and obtained a Masters degree in Marketing Communications from Roosevelt University between 1999 and 2001.
