Chad Hanson

Chad Hanson is an accomplished software engineer with extensive experience in leadership and development. Currently serving as a Senior Engineer and Team Lead at Cherwell Software since February 2018, Chad has successfully managed a team utilizing Agile, Kanban, and Scrum methodologies. Previously, Chad owned and operated HansonTek from January 2003 to October 2021, focusing on freelance web development with technologies such as ASP.NET, MVC, and SQL Server. Notable roles also include a C# Development Engineer at Ten Gun Design, where Chad architected ASP.NET Web API products for Microsoft, and a .NET/SQL Architect at Chapel of the Flowers, responsible for developing web solutions and AWS infrastructure. Earlier experience includes software development at Wizards of the Coast and ownership of RockBandSites.com. Chad holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music History, Literature, and Theory from the University of Washington.
