Matt Anderson

Matt Anderson is an accomplished HR leader currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Chery Jaguar Land Rover since June 2023, responsible for HR functions, ESG activities, and people-related deliverables. With a career spanning over 16 years, previous roles include HRVP at Jaguar Land Rover China, Director of HRBP for corporate functions at Chery Jaguar Land Rover, and various HR positions at Jaguar Land Rover focusing on strategy, technology integration, and employee relations. In addition to HR expertise, Matt Anderson is also a part-time artist with a growing professionalism in the field. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management from De Montfort University, a Legal Practitioner's Course from The College of Law, and a degree in Law from the University of Nottingham.
