Patti Eney

Patti Eney has extensive experience in education, currently serving as a School Age Educator and Docent at the Chesapeake Bay Maritime Museum since April 2018, and as a Ski Instructor at Blue Mountain Resort & Ski Area since December 2017. Eney has a strong background in English instruction, having worked as an English and English Language Instructor at the College of Lake County from August 2007 to May 2017, focusing on curriculum development, teaching, advising, and grading. Previous leadership experience includes serving as the Adjunct Faculty Committee Chair for the National Association for Developmental Education from 2004 to February 2015. Eney holds a B.S.Ed. in English/Language Arts Teacher Education from PennWest Clarion, an Ed.S. in Higher Education/Developmental Education from Appalachian State University, a Master of Science in Reading Education from McDaniel College, and an ESL Endorsement in Teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language from the College of Lake County.
