Cheryl Costello

Cheryl Costello is a seasoned media professional with extensive experience in journalism and media consulting. Currently serving as a Media Consultant at Burford Capital since August 2023, Cheryl also operates as President and Video Producer at Costello Your Story since June 2022. Cheryl has been a Multimedia Journalist at Chesapeake Bay Media since April 2018, and previously held the role of Media Consultant for the American Apparel & Footwear Association from September 2018 to July 2020, where notable accomplishments included securing national interviews for senior executives and supporting promotional initiatives. Cheryl's earlier career includes working as a Multimedia Journalist at WJLA-TV from January 2016 to January 2018 and as a News Reporter for Scripps Howard News Service from 2008 to 2016. Cheryl holds a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Maryland, earned in 2000.
