Dylan Grimes

Dylan Grimes currently serves as a Development Officer at Chesapeake Bay Trust, focusing on annual giving and donor engagement strategies. In addition to this role, Dylan is the Owner and Creator of The Dilly Theory, an artist brand. Previous experience includes serving as the Chief Development & Community Engagement Officer at Kent Attainable Housing and various roles at Central Delaware Habitat for Humanity, where responsibilities included development and public relations.
