Ting Waymouth

Ting Waymouth is an experienced organizer and program manager focused on environmental justice and climate change initiatives. Currently serving as the Northern Virginia Organizer at Chesapeake Climate Action Network since May 2021, Ting has built alliances through canvassing and training, established learning circles, and led campaigns for public education on electrification. Previous roles include Program Manager at EcoAction Arlington, managing outreach efforts for youth and community service projects, and a Climatebase Fellow, where Ting led a data team on a capstone project promoting home energy retrofits. Ting's background also includes extensive experience as a Speech Language Pathologist, serving pediatric and adult patients across various healthcare settings. Ting holds a B.A. in English from Vassar College, a Master of Arts in Speech Language Pathology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, and completed a Data Science Bootcamp at CodeOp.
