David Wiltsey

David Wiltsey has a diverse work experience in the insurance industry. David currently holds the position of Director of Compliance Programs at Chesapeake Employers' Insurance Company, where they oversee compliance initiatives. Prior to that, they worked as a Corporate Compliance Analyst at the University of Maryland Medical System, where they identified and addressed compliance exposures. David also served as a Senior Specialty Underwriter at The Hanover Insurance Group, a Senior Underwriter at ProAssurance, and a Senior Claims Adjuster at Nationwide Insurance. Additionally, they worked as an Underwriter at Maryland Auto Insurance, where they ensured compliance and conducted agency audits.

David Wiltsey, WCP earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Salisbury University - Perdue School of Business. David also obtained several certifications including Workers Compensation Professional from Canvas Credentials (Badgr) and American Society of Workers' Compensation Professionals (AMCOMP), Market Conduct Management (MCM) from Insurance Regulatory Examiners Society, and CHPC from Compliance Certification Board (CCB).
