Richard Balducci

Richard Balducci has over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry. Richard began their career in 1982 as a Project/Logistics Manager at AAI Corporation, where they stayed for 8 years. In 1990, they joined Zurich Insurance as a Territorial Director/Underwriting and worked there for 9 years. Balducci then moved to Zurich North America in 2000, where they served as the Assistant Vice President of Marketing and Program Management for 2 years. In 2002, they joined Chesapeake Employers' Insurance Company as an Underwriting Manager/Project Management and was later promoted to Marketing Director in 2014. Richard continues to work in this position.

Richard Balducci holds a Master of Science in Administration degree from The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School, obtained from 1988 to 1990. Richard also earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree in Finance from West Virginia University between 1978 and 1982. Additionally, they have certifications including a Maryland Insurance License obtained in January 2014, an Associate Underwriter certification from The Institutes, and a Certified Marine Insurance Professional certification from The International Institute for Marine Insurance Studies.
