Alex Allen

Alex Allen, M.Ed, has a diverse background in management and analysis, currently serving as a Senior Category Manager for Drilling at Chesapeake Energy since 2017. Prior roles at Chesapeake include Category Manager and Business Process Analyst. Prior to joining Chesapeake, Alex worked at Paycom as an Outside Sales Talent Acquisition Advisor, focusing on recruiting executive-level sales and project management professionals. Alex's experience also includes a position as a Cost Analyst at BHP Billiton, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing compliance and cost accounting for drilling operations. Earlier roles include Account Manager at Spectrum and Coordinator of Recreation Services at the University of Central Oklahoma. Alex holds a Master's Degree in Adult Education- Training & Development and a Bachelor's of Science in Outdoor Community Recreation, both from the University of Central Oklahoma.
