Chris Adams

Chris Adams, E.I.T. is an experienced drilling engineer currently employed at Chesapeake Energy since May 2018, where responsibilities have included drilling engineering for the South Texas Eagle Ford development program and progressing from a reservoir engineer to a drilling engineer role. Prior to this, Chris gained hands-on engineering experience through a rotational program at Chesapeake and internships in production engineering, completions engineering at Newfield Exploration, and manufacturing engineering at IAC Group, focusing on process automation. Academic background includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Petroleum Engineering from Louisiana State University, where involvement also extended to assisting peers at the Craft & Hawkins Department of Petroleum Engineering and working as a lead research technician in the Physics Department.
