Lucas Welch

Lucas Welch has a robust background in operations management and engineering, currently serving as a Senior Completions Foreman at Chesapeake Energy since October 2011, with prior roles as Completions Foreman and Field Engineer. Before joining Chesapeake Energy, Lucas Welch held the position of Administrative Operations Senior Manager at Sears Holdings Corporation and operated as an Operations Coordinator at Xplosion Sports Fitness. Additionally, Lucas Welch was an Operations Manager at The Belize Hardwood Company, and served as an Infantry Officer in the US Army from June 2002 to June 2007. Lucas Welch earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Systems Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point in 2002.
