Sarah Dubose

Sarah DuBose is an IT Controls and Governance Specialist currently working at Expand Energy since October 2024, and has been with Chesapeake Energy since September 2011 in various roles related to IT controls and corporate accounting. With senior-level expertise in control-related matters, Sarah collaborates with technology leaders to enhance the internal control framework. Key achievements include management of Chesapeake's Sarbanes-Oxley compliance program and providing training on process and control best practices. Earlier in the career, as an Accountant III, Sarah led efforts in a successful ERP transition and managed relationships between accounting and field offices. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Texas A&M University, completed in 2011.
