Whitney Donley

Whitney Donley is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in the energy sector. Currently serving as the Assistant General Counsel - Upstream at Expand Energy since October 2024, Whitney also holds the position of Managing Attorney for the Marcellus & Brazos Valley at Chesapeake Energy since May 2022. Prior roles include Assistant General Counsel at MidFirst Bank and Managing Attorney for the Gulf Coast Business Unit at Chesapeake Energy, where Whitney advanced from Senior Attorney to Associate Attorney from 2012 to 2020. Whitney began a legal career as an Associate Attorney at Fellers Snider Blankenship Bailey & Tippens from May 2009 to March 2012. Whitney earned a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Law and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Marketing from the University of Oklahoma - Price College of Business.
