At Chesapeake Holistic, we will support you every step of the way on your personal path to well being and vibrant living. We understand that this is a process that takes time, just as it took time to become imbalanced and to express dis-ease. And while there are no silver bullets or magic potions that will restore health overnight, the good news is that it is always much faster to restore balance in the body than it was to create imbalance in the first place.

We believe in a “food first” approach to wellness, and that a healthy diet is the ultimate foundation for good health. We also believe in the value of nutritional supplementation in conjunction with good food and lifestyle practices to maintain and support well-being. We offer specialized nutritional supplementation and personalized support for issues related to sub-optimal function, pain, and inflammation, and also to address common issues of toxicity, deficiency, imbalance and stress.

We use state-of-the-art, science-based biocommunication technologies to help us help you. Biocommunication is a way of obtaining information about the body using a non-invasive, painless and exceptionally safe methodology. A gentle electronic frequency is generated and travels through the body. This process measures an involuntary response that provides information to the practitioner so that we can make informed and highly personalized recommendations for each client to meet individual nutritional support needs and vibrant living goals.
