Barbara also has experience as the Chief Quality Officer at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center from February 2019 to January 2020. Barbara has worked as the VP of Quality & Clinical Effectiveness at Bon Secours Health System from August 2016 to December 2017. Additionally, they have held roles such as Director of Quality Management at Genesis Healthcare System from March 2013 to July 2016, Director of Quality Management at Kindred Healthcare from August 2011 to March 2013, and PI Consultant at BJC HealthCare from March 2009 to August 2011. Barbara's earlier experience includes serving as the Manager of Performance Excellence at BJWCH from 2007 to 2009 and as the Director of Education Services at Provena Health from 1994 to 1999.
