Sierra O'Connor

Sierra O'Connor is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales and operations management. Currently serving as General Manager Operations at CHESA since April 2019, Sierra has also held roles as Territory Sales Manager for the East and Sales Coordinator, where responsibilities included coordinating the sales team, generating quotes, and collaborating with marketing and vendors to meet customer needs. Prior to CHESA, Sierra worked at Paragon Consulting Services as a Sales and Marketing Associate/Social Media Director, contributing to sales operations and HR functions. Sierra holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Long Island University and graduated from Perry Hall High School.
