James Moriarty

James Moriarty currently serves as the Executive Vice President, General Counsel, Corporate Secretary, and Chief Risk and Policy Officer at Chesapeake Utilities Corporation since January 2019. In addition to these roles, James chairs the Risk Management Committee, Capital Committee, and Security Council at the company. James held the position of Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at Chesapeake Utilities Corporation from March 2015 to March 2017, and prior to that, served as a Senior Partner at Locke Lord LLP, specializing in Energy Ventures, LNG, Natural Gas and Oil Pipelines, as well as regulatory and commercial matters.
