Brent White

Brent White currently serves as Gas Operations Supervisor at Chesapeake Utilities Corporation since January 2021, bringing extensive experience in leadership and operational management from previous roles. At Nike from April 2018 to August 2020, Brent led a 25-member team, focusing on staff training, morale boosting, and sales performance, achieving significant customer service accolades and operational efficiencies. As Store Manager for The North Face, Brent contributed to a successful store opening that generated $4.5M in sales, far exceeding projections. Prior roles include Hardlines Manager at DICK'S Sporting Goods, where Brent directed a large team to enhance customer service and sales processes, and Store Manager at Sony Electronics, where Brent transformed a struggling outlet into a high-performing store.
