Gerenciamento de Seguros

Gerenciamento de Seguros is currently a Finanças at CHESF. Gerenciamento has nearly a decade of experience in project management and development.

Her career started with an internship at Sebrae Pernambuco from July 2005 to April 2007. After gaining some experience, they became a Consultora de Projetos (Trainee) at Instituto de Desenvolvimento Gerencial from June 2007 to April 2009.

In 2009, they started working at Instituto Euvaldo Lodi - IEL/PE as a Gestora de Projetos. In this role, they managed industrial development projects for the insertion of some productive chains into the supplier network of the Suape Industrial and Port Complex. Gerenciamento also sensitized entrepreneurs and other relevant public and private stakeholders to the development of Suape.

During their time at IEL/PE, they also coordinated the Ferrara International Master's Degree in Sustainable Development of the Suape region with universities, knowledge and technology centers, funding institutions, municipal and state agencies.

Innovation projects for resource capture were also developed during their time at IEL/PE. After nearly three years at IEL/PE, they left in October 2011 to join CHESF.

At CHESF, they are currently a Finanças. Gerenciamento is responsible for planning and monitoring actions with the Superintendency.

The educational career for Gerenciamento de Seguros would include a Bacharela in Administração de Empresas from Universidade Federal de Pernambuco, a Graduação in Administração de Empresas from Universidade Federal de Pernambuco, and a Gestora de Projetos in MBA em Gerenciamento de Projetos from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas.
