Aidan Phelan

Aidan Phelan has extensive experience in human resources and employee relations, currently serving as Employee Relations Manager and Senior HR Business Partner at Cheshire Ireland since May 2016. Previous roles include Employment Law Advocate and HR Consultant at Peninsula Business Services (Ireland) Ltd from January 2013 to May 2016, and Independent Consultant from November 2011 to January 2013. Aidan's career also includes a position as Acting-Liability Claims Manager at Cunningham Lindsey Ireland and independent consultancy roles at AXA Ireland. Additionally, Aidan has a background with AXA Ireland spanning over three decades in various HR-related positions, including HR Business Partner, Employee Relations, and HR Operations Team Leader. Aidan has also contributed to academia as a part-time lecturer on Employment Legislation and Performance Management at Progressive College from March 2005 to April 2009.
