Vince Watts possesses extensive experience in the field of psychiatry and healthcare management, currently serving as the Director of the Veterans Rural Health Resource Center and holding numerous national leadership roles within the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs since 1998. With academic appointments as an Associate Professor at Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth and as a staff psychiatrist at Cheshire Medical Center, Vince has also contributed to psychiatric education as the Associate Director and Residency Director at Geisel School of Medicine. Earlier experience includes roles at the University of Mississippi Medical Center and clinical consultancy in New Zealand. Vince holds an MD from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center and an MPH from Dartmouth College, complementing a foundational background with a BS in Biology from Oklahoma State University.
